Infusion Recommendations:
This tea can be infused at least three times, with each infusion revealing deeper layers of flavour. For the best results, use water at 95-98°C and extend the steeping time slightly with each brew to enhance the richness of the tea. Passionate tea lovers may even discover further complexity with each infusion.
Also excellent cold brewed over 15 hours with in a 1 litre container of water placed in the fridge. Adjust quantity to taste.
