Infusion Recommendations:
This tea can be infused at least three times, with each infusion revealing deeper layers of flavour. For the best results, use water at 95-98°C and extend the steeping time slightly with each brew to enhance the richness of the tea. Also excellent cold brewed over 15 hours with in a 1 litre container of water placed in the fridge. Adjust quantity to taste.
